Projects are the top level of organization — a season's robot, a pit cart, a demo bot. Every subsystem belongs to one project, and parts inherit their subsystem's project. The default project is what the OnShape submission panel and the board start out on; submitters can still pick a different one. A project can't be deleted while subsystems still belong to it.
