Subsystems categorize parts. Submitters choose one when submitting; the board can
be filtered by subsystem. Removing a subsystem doesn't change parts already assigned to it.
Archiving a subsystem downloads all of its parts as a .json file
and then removes the subsystem and its parts from the tracker — re-upload that file with
Unarchive to restore them.
